The Oiles Glitron S series are self-lubricating bearings for high temperatures made of heat-resistant plastic featuring superior heat resistance and chemical resistance as the base material with added lubricant.
Feature
■ Serviceable without the need for lubrication completely. Features a small difference between the static and dynamic coefficient of frictions and offers stable friction characteristics.
■ Features low coefficient of friction and superior wear resistance.
■ Applicable to wide temperature ranges from low to high temperatures.
■ Has superior chemical resistance. Conforms to the Food Sanitation Act.
■ Soft metal (such as aluminum) may be used as mating shafts.
■ Has superior dimensional stability, allowing precision designs. Has good mass productivity.
